Argilla Cabinet

A monolithic cabinet in tinted clay-plaster over a hardwood core.

Argilla is finished in a hand-applied tinted clay plaster — a technique borrowed from Italian fresco — so its surface reads as wall rather than as object.

Inside, the carcass is solid ash with three adjustable shelves and a soft-close hinge mechanism. The handles are inset; nothing breaks the plane.
